Return & Refund Policy

Due to the hygienic and personal nature of hair care products, all sales are considered final once a product has been opened or used.

We only accept returns under the following condition:

The product seal must be completely intact and unbroken.
The product must be in its original packaging and unused.
The return request must be made within 48 hours of delivery.

If the seal is broken, the product is considered used and cannot be returned or exchanged for safety and quality control reasons.

Refunds (if approved) will be processed after inspection and may take 3–7 business days to reflect, depending on your payment method.

Shipping Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location within Kenya.

Free shipping applies to orders above KES 3,000 unless stated otherwise.
